We install smart thermostats (e.g., Hive or Nest) and leak detectors in the property, allowing you to monitor basic conditions via a mobile app. All viewings are accompanied by our staff (not self‑guided), and we provide detailed video feedback from each viewing. Contracts and payments are fully digital, with rent periodically transferred to your nominated overseas account (subject to cross‑border compliance and applicable FX fees).
